Partner Platform Notice: Known Cal Issues
We are actively tracking the following known issues originating in Cal-managed flows. These may impact some customers:
- Some Should-be-Business (SBB) transactions are appearing as duplicates in the Custodia UI, which may also impact billing reports.
- Some declined transactions are being posted after the fact, which may affect billing reports.
- If expected Custodia features or functionality are unavailable or appear to be missing, please contact your Cal representative to verify that the latest Custodia platform release has been deployed to your cloud environment. In some cases, feature availability may depend on deployment status within the Cal-managed infrastructure.
For updates, timelines, or customer-specific impact details, please contact your Cal representative directly. Cal support contact details are available here: Cal Support Hours and Contact Information.
What's New in v2026.19.0
This release introduces Custodia’s AI Assistant behind the scenes, makes CSV imports easier to trust, and keeps cards and accounting in sync with how you actually work.
🤖 A new AI Assistant, ready for your company
Custodia now includes an AI service that can chat, follow your company’s tools and permissions, and help employees capture spend. It respects quotas and audit logging from day one. Ask your representative when it will be turned on for your tenant.
📤 Imports that look like the file you uploaded
Background CSV imports now show the file name instead of a cryptic job ID. Job reports include the original row values, so finance can see exactly which line failed and fix it. Subsidiary, vendor, destination, and ledger-account imports work through the same Import Drawer as other grids.
📊 Purchase orders that keep up with NetSuite
NetSuite purchase-order sync now follows last modified, not only create date. If a PO was issued last month and the amount changed this week, Custodia picks up the edit — you don’t have to widen the import window or run a one-off.
💳 Approvals and cards, in the right currency
- Out-of-pocket approvals show the spend currency. If someone submitted in GBP while the company books in USD, the approval modal shows GBP — the amount they actually spent.
- Declined card reversals stay declined. A declined authorization reversal no longer posts a phantom transaction or changes balances.
- Dipocket card orders validate the billing address up front (street, city, postal code, country) with a clear message, instead of failing later at the issuer.
✨ Smoother day-to-day
- Password-reset and locale-less app links that were returning a blank 404 now redirect as they should.
- Transaction webhooks can include a decline/reason code and, when you opt in, your own employee identifier — so downstream systems can match the person without extra lookups.
