Partner Platform Notice: Known Cal Issues
We are actively tracking the following known issues originating in Cal-managed flows. These may impact some customers:
- Some Should-be-Business (SBB) transactions are appearing as duplicates in the Custodia UI, which may also impact billing reports.
- Some declined transactions are being posted after the fact, which may affect billing reports.
- If expected Custodia features or functionality are unavailable or appear to be missing, please contact your Cal representative to verify that the latest Custodia platform release has been deployed to your cloud environment. In some cases, feature availability may depend on deployment status within the Cal-managed infrastructure.
For updates, timelines, or customer-specific impact details, please contact your Cal representative directly. Cal support contact details are available here: Cal Support Hours and Contact Information.
What's New in v2026.17.0
This release is about reimbursements you can actually review, exports that open in Excel, and a second chance when an out-of-pocket expense was marked not to pay.
💸 Reimbursements you can see — and undo
The employee-reimbursement review dialog now shows each expense properly: merchant, amount, date, expense number, and the full memo — not a single truncated line.
Finance and cash-expense approvers can restore a rejected out-of-pocket expense to pending (from the review dialog or the Rejected tab) and then approve or pay it. A “not to be paid” decision is no longer a dead end.
📊 QuickBooks on the period you choose
QuickBooks export can optionally stamp bills with an accounting period you pick (any month year-to-date). Transaction and due dates use the last day of that month, and the choice is stored on the export job. Leave it off and dates behave as they did before.
đź“„ CSVs that Excel can read
Async CSV downloads (including Hebrew and other non-English text) now include a UTF-8 BOM, so Excel on Mac shows the real characters instead of garbled headers. Numbers and the in-app Expenses export were already fine; this brings the emailed/S3 files in line.
📲 Open the app you already have
On the Synerion “get the app” screen, tapping the store button opens the installed Custodia app when it’s on the phone — and only sends people to the App Store or Play Store if it isn’t.
✨ Smoother day-to-day
- The termination scheduler dialog is usable again (buttons stay on screen).
- Partner integrations (Wix, Cibus, and others) can sign people in through configurable trusted issuers, and transaction webhooks can carry a decline reason plus your own employee ID.
