Bug Fixes

All updates to out-of-pocket expenses will now be properly reflected in the balance of an activity.
Admins can now terminate any card from a user directly from the Employee grid.
The initial user activation flow issues are resolved for standard password based users.
Rejected out-of-pocket expenses send notifications to all users appropriately.
Bug fixes for the termination flow for users (beta feature). Please reach out to your Custodia representative if you still notice any issues.
Exports for employee team mappings are working properly again.
Users with Cal cards can now properly see the full card details.
Users with hybrid cards (Cal cards only) can properly view private transactions.

A value of ‘0’ can now be used for VAT values in the expenses screen.
When you add teams to a bulk activity you can now see the full list of employees on the right side bar after clicking on the employees link.
You can now use a tilde at the start of a team search from the Employee profile screen to perform a suffix search on a team (e.g. ~eam14 would match Team14 or Business Team14).
The Start-with-a-Budget screen now properly aligns the text in a budget name for both English and Hebrew.
In New Spend Permission you can now configure the default selection of users to be ‘empty’, ‘last user’ or ‘me’. For further details on the setup please reach out to support@custodia.ai.
Purchase Order expense type updates will now be reflected in activity updates.
Custom tags can now be added into Employee records from NetSuite.
The red triangles that appear on expenses with issues will now turn gray once the expense has been approved by finance.
Merchants selections are now filtered by the card issuer (or issuers) that a tenant is working with.

The Employee profile screen now shows any custom tags associated with the employee.
There is now a new role called READONLY IMPERSONATOR. If you would like to leverage this role please reach out to support@custodia.ai.
Permission and Role mappings can now be exported through the UI.
