Bug Fixes
- Finance administrators can order cards.
- Changing the activity type during activity creation should no longer lead to errors during the activation phase.
- Pending or expired expenses that were previously exported can no longer be updated.
- Reimbursement notifications are no longer duplicated.
- GL codes are now mapped properly for ATM usage activities.
- ATM usage activity reporting now requires a receipt.

Feature Enhancements
- ATM usage activities now allow for reporting against the entire withdrawal.
- Budget utilization notifications can now be sent to any role instead of only the budget owner.
- Cost Centers and Customers are no longer required when creating new Projects.
- NetSuite POs now check to see if an import is running before triggering another import execution.
- Users with the CONSOLIDATED ADMIN role now appear under the Admin tab of the Employees screen.
- Vendors can now have their externalId value set.
New Features
- Specifically defined approvers (non-default) can now be searched via the web ui from the Employees screen. Use the syntax approver:NAME to search by approver.
- Internet Explorer 11 users now get a notification asking to upgrade their browser when navigating to the web ui.
