Overview
Team Employee Mapping allows administrators to assign employees to one or more teams. This helps structure your organization, control visibility, and ensure the correct users are included in workflows such as approvals, reporting, and group activities.
By mapping employees to teams, you enable:
- Approval workflows to follow the correct team hierarchy
- Team hierarchy alignment so managers and approvers are tied to the right groups
- Structured visibility across the platform (for example, finance or managers only seeing relevant users and data)
- Accurate reporting and segmentation by team, department, or region
- Group activity management, ensuring the correct users are included in shared allocations or requests
This feature is available to Admins only by navigating to the following path:
My Organization → Employees Mapping → Team Mapping
