Employee Termination Process
As an Administrator, go to the Employee section: My Organization > Org Structure > Employees
Search for the employee you wish to terminate. On the right side of their name, next to the icons, you will see the "Terminate Employee" option (see screenshot below).
Setting Up the Termination
When you click this option, a window called "Employee Termination Scheduler" will open with the following choices:
Termination Date
- End employment immediately
- Schedule employment to end on a future date
Personal Information You can choose to delete the employee's personal information when their employment ends. If you select this option, their email address will be permanently removed from the system.
Important: If you choose to delete their information and the employee returns to your company later, you will need to set up their account again from the beginning.
Activity Cancellation You can also choose to:
- Cancel all their assigned activities immediately
- Cancel all their assigned activities on their termination date
