How Long Does Card Delivery Take?

Standard Shipping

• Estimated delivery time: 7–10 business days

• Cost: Free
  This is the default shipping method for most U.S. customers. Once your card is processed, it will arrive via regular mail within 1–2 weeks.

Expedited Shipping

• Estimated delivery time: 2–3 business days

• Cost: Approximately $25 per card
  If you need your card urgently, we offer an expedited shipping option. Once your request is processed, your card will be sent via express courier service.

🌍 International Shipments

For international customers, the process includes a few extra steps, so delivery time may vary.

1. Step 1 — Delivery to Custodia’s U.S. Office:

   • Estimated time: 7–10 days

2. Step 2 — FedEx International Shipping from our Office:

   • Estimated time: 2–3 business days

   • Cost: Around $100 per shipment
     (This cost can cover multiple cards in one shipment.)

3. Note:

   • Cards are shipped internationally twice a month — on the 1st and 15th.

   • Additional time may be needed for local postal processing, customs clearance, and internal mail handling depending on the destination country.
