How Do I Terminate or Disconnect My Card?

Overview

As an account administrator, you have the ability to terminate or disconnect cards. This can only be done on the web application.

Terminating a Card

1. Log in to the web app from your browser (Chrome is recommended) at https://my.custodia.ai.
2. From the top menu select My Organization->Org Management->Employees.
3. Click on the Card icon next to the Employee you would like to terminate a card for.
4. Press on the Terminate/Disconnect Card button.
5. A pop will occur stating "This action is non-reversible and cannot be undone." click 'OK.'
