For the most part, depending on the country you are located and where your card was issued from, Custodia cards do not have pin codes.
If you are at a terminal that requires a PIN code press the enter button without entering any code and your transaction should go through properly.
If the transaction does not go through please ask the merchant to run the card without a PIN.
If you are in Israel, you can adjust a pin. You will do this through the card issuer. The same way you would a personal card.
