Whether you are using the app or on your computer, you have the ability to lock or unlock Custodia Cards. In this article, you will see how to do so on both the website and the application.
Lock/Unlocking a Card on the Website
- Log into your account at my.custodia.ai
- When logged in, you will see your card details available on your home screen
- Select the -3- dot icon on the right of your card to reveal the dropdown menu
Lock/Unlocking a Card on the App
- Log into the Custodia App
- At the top click the Virtual Card menu at the top of the page
- Click the orange lock button
- Make sure you get a notification that the card is locked and the button has changed
