Overview
The Employee Status describes the current state of an employee account within Custodia. It shows whether the user is active/inactive, pending, suspended, or terminated.
Understanding Employee Status helps administrators troubleshoot access issues, manage onboarding and off-boarding, and ensure that each employee has the correct level of access at the right time
Employee Status
- NEW
- A new user has been created in the platform but has not yet logged in.
- ACTIVE
- The user has successfully logged into the platform and has active access.
- SUSPENDED
- The user is locked out of the system. Additional details may be available via tooltips
- SUSPENDED/ADMIN
- An active user was intentionally locked out by a support-level or business-partner-level admin
- TERMINATED
- The user has been terminated from the system, but their data remains for record-keeping purposes
- INACTIVE
- The user has been terminated from the system, and all associated data has been deleted
Card Status
- NEW/INACTIVE
- A physical card has been ordered, but has not yet been activated by the cardholder
- ACTIVE
- The card is active and ready for use by the cardholder.
- LOCKED
- The card has been locked by the cardholder, temporarily disabling its use
- LOCKED BY ADMIN
- The card has been intentionally locked by an admin-level user. Further details may be available via tooltips
- TERMINATED
- An active card has been terminated. For Cal cards, this status indicates the user was terminated before the card was disconnected
- DISCONNECTED
- A Cal card has been terminated and is no longer associated with the user
