Overview

Virtual cards are a secure and convenient way to make online purchases without exposing your physical card details. With Custodia, you may be issued multiple virtual cards, each with its own unique information. 

This guide walks you through how to view your virtual card details in the Custodia Mobile App.

Step 1: Log Into Your Mobile App

1. Open the Custodia mobile app.

2. At the bottom of the screen, confirm you’re in the Activity section (bottom-left corner of the navigation bar)

Step 2: Navigate to the Cards Section

1. From the Activity screen (either the Organize or Plan tab), look for a banner at the top that says:

   "Virtual Card - XXXX" (with the last four digits of your card).

2. Tap anywhere on the banner to open your virtual card.

Step 3: View Card Details

1. After tapping the banner, your virtual card will appear.

2. If you have multiple cards, swipe left or right to find the one you need.

3. Once you’re on the card, press and hold your finger on the card where it says “Hold for Details”.

Reveal Card Information

• The app will prompt a biometric verification (Face ID, Touch ID, or device passcode).

• Once verified, your full card number, expiration date, and CVV will be revealed securely on the screen.

Step 4: Manage Virtual Card Settings

To add your card to Apple Wallet or Google Pay:

1. Tap the pen icon (✏️) on your card screen to open the Card Settings page.

2. Press the Add To Wallet button

3. Follow the prompts to add the card to your preferred digital wallet.
