How Do I View Team Hiearchy Mapping?

In cases where your organizational teams require a hierarchy, Custodia offers a hierarchy mapping table. To update the team hierarchy navigate to My Organization->Org Structure->Team Hierarchy Mapping.

Note: you must first create teams before you can create the hierarchy for those teams.

The attributes of a team hierarchy mapping are:

• Parent: the parent of the hierarchical element
• Child: the child of the parent in the hierarchy

Edit Team Hierarchy

To edit a team hierarchy click on the green pencil icon. Then make the changes that you want and click on the green check mark to save it.

Delete Team Hierarchy

To delete a team hierarchy click on the green trash bin icon.

Create Team Hierarchy

To create a team hierarchy click on the orange plus sign icon, enter in all of the relevant information and then click on the green check mark to save it.
