Overview
Classes are an attribute associated to employees for classifying expenses. You can add or remove classes that may be associated to employees by navigating to:
Finance & Accounting -> Accounting Setup -> Classes
Create Class
To create a class click on the orange plus icon. Enter in all of the relevant information and then click on the green check mark to save it.
There are several attributes for each class:
- Code: an internal code, typically a short string, associated with the class
- Name: the name of the class
- Owner: the owner of the class (or none)
- Active: whether or not the class is active
- Description: a description of the class
Edit Class
To edit a class click on the pencil icon. Then make the changes that you want and click on the green check mark to save it.
Delete Class
To delete a class click on the trashcan icon.
