Overview
The delegate feature allows employees to designate delegates to manage their expenses. Delegates can be granted access to edit expenses, create activities and upload receipts on behalf of their delegator.
Enabling a Delegate
Enabling a delegate for an employee can only be done from the Custodia Web UI. Granting access may be done by an admin on behalf of any employee or an employee may grant a delegate access themselves.
Admin
- Log in to the web app from your browser (Chrome is recommended) at https://my.custodia.ai.
- From the top menu select My Organization->Org Structure->Employees.
- Search for the Employee you would like to add a delegate for.
- Click on the Edit Icon for the Employee.
- Click on the Delegates tab.
- Click on the Orange + Icon to add a new delegate.
- Click on the Green Check on the right side of the line item to save the new delegate.
Employee
- Log in to the web app from your browser (Chrome is recommended) at https://my.custodia.ai.
- Click on the Name Icon on the top right-hand side of the screen.
- Click on MY PROFILE.
- Click on the Delegates tab.
- Click on the Orange + Icon to add a new delegate.
- Click on the Green Check on the right side of the line item to save the new delegate.
Delegate Permissions
As a delegate you have the ability to manage expenses on behalf your delegator from the Custodia Web UI only.
View Activities
- Log in to the web app from your browser (Chrome is recommended) at https://my.custodia.ai.
- From the top menu select Activity->Activities.
From this screen you will see all of your own activities as well as any of the delegators activities.
View Expenses
- Log in to the web app from your browser (Chrome is recommended) at https://my.custodia.ai.
- From the top menu select Activity->Expenses.
From this screen you will see all of your own expenses as well as any of the delegators expenses.
