Why should I give Custodia access to my calendar?
We look at your calendar information to better understand how to allocate budgets for activities and classify expenses. By associating expenses with calendar events we can better associate customers to the transactions that are occurring. This information is local to your mobile device and is never shared with any third parties.
Why should I give Custodia access to my contacts?
We scan your contact list so that when you are creating an activity you can easily select a contact that you are meeting with. This information is local to your mobile device and is never shared with any third parties.
Help! I lost my card! What can I do?
Open the Custodia app and click on the emergency icon at the top of the Activity screen. From there simply press on Lock My Card to prevent any unauthorized charges. If you find your card all you have to do is press on the emergency icon and then press Unlock My Card to allow transactions once again. If you are unable to find your card please let your finance department know so that they may terminate the existing card and order you a new one.
I love Custodia and have ideas to make it better. Who should I tell?
We love to get feedback on our platform and always leverage that in our product roadmap. Please tell your account representative about your idea or email us at feedback@custodia.ai and we’ll see how your concept fits into our platform.
Why do my physical and virtual cards have different numbers?
Each card distributed by Custodia will have different identifying characteristics:
-
Primary Account Number (PAN) - the 16 digits that appear on your card
-
Expiration Date
-
Security Code
Depending on your company setup you may receive both virtual and physical cards and can expect them to have different information. Typically, virtual cards are provided so that you can start to make purchases immediately while you wait for your physical card to be delivered.
