Overview

All physical cards must be manually activated when you receive them in the mail and failure to do so will result in declined transactions. All physical cards will be shipped with activation instructions. However, you can also follow along with the steps below to activate your card.

Activate Your Physical Card

1. Log in to the Custodia mobile application.
2. Press on the Settings tab on the bottom right.
3. Press on the Payment Methods tab.
4. Press Activate next to the card that requires activation
5. Enter the last 4 digits of your card. Then review and agree to the Terms & Conditions.
6. Press on the Activate button on the top right side of the screen.
