Overview

You can request your new Cal card directly from the mobile app. Follow the steps below to complete your order.

Step 1: Open the Organize Task

In the mobile app, if you are eligible for a Cal card, you will see the Organize Task on your mobile home page. 

Swipe right to open the Organize Task assigned to you. This task guides you through the card request process.

Step 2: Enter Your Israeli ID

You will be prompted to enter your Israeli ID number. This is required to validate your details before the card can be issued. Once completed, press submit.

Step 3: Complete the Process on the Cal Website

After submitting your ID, you will be redirected to the Cal webpage. Follow the on-screen steps to finalize your card order.

Once the form is completed on Cal’s site, your request is sent for processing. You will receive the card according to Cal’s standard delivery timelines.
