How do I ask to update CalPlatformConfig Parameters?

To submit a ticket asking to update the CalPlatformConfig parameters you must provide the following information:

1. Configuration Code, which is EITHER:
   1. The business partner code (an integer)
   2. The cal platform card product code (a uuid)
2. The full JSON for the configuration
