Issuing a card is an individual and personal privilege.
If you wish to start a standing order approval process with Cal, please follow these guidelines:
Cal is required to verify that the authorized signatory approves the issuance of the card for the card applicant. The authorized signatory needs to sign the attached certification from an administrator, on behalf of the company. This enables the issuance of the card:

In the body of the file there are instructions to make it easier to fill in.
In addition, please note that Cal will need to obtain a photocopy of the applicant's ID card. If the applicant has a Biometric ID card, a photo of both sides is needed.
Please be aware that the administrator, is the person with the technical privileges in the system. Whereas the person that is required to sign the document above, are the owners that were defined in the original agreement with Cal as the authorized signatory.
If you are not sure who they are at your company, please reach out to Cal.
Once Cal received the correct documentation, along with the ID images - Cal will need approximately 2 days to approve the request.
