Custodia supports Cal card ordering for eligible users. Unlike other Custodia card types, Cal cards must be ordered by the cardholder directly due to the requirement to submit an Israeli ID number for verification. This process must be completed through the Custodia mobile app.
Step 1: Open the Custodia App and Go to Organize Tab
- Launch the Custodia Mobile App and log in with your credentials.
- Your landing page will be your Organize page with specific tasks.
- Locate the tile that reads:
- "A new Cal Card is waiting for you!"
- Swipe left on this tile to begin the ordering process.

Step 2: Start the Card Order
- Once you swipe on the Cal card tile, you will be taken to the Cal card order screen.
- This page will display your Cal card and a prompt to begin identification.
Step 3: Enter Your ID Number
- You will be asked to enter your Israeli ID to verify your identity.
- Type your Israeli ID number in the input box.
- Press Submit in the top right corner of the screen.
- Once submitted, this will bring you to Cal page to complete the order process.
Notes
- Only the cardholder can order a Cal card.
- An Israeli ID is required to complete this process.
- Administrators cannot order Cal cards on behalf of users, unless specific access is provided.
