To use Custodia's mobile app, the user should have an updated mobile phone number in the system. You can update your mobile phone number by yourself (via the web app or your mobile app), and your admin can do it for you (via the web app).
Updating as an admin in the web app:
- Log in to the web app from your browser (Chrome is recommended) at https://my.custodia.ai.
- From the top menu, click on My Organization->Org Structure->Employees.
- In the search bar, type the employee’s name, or choose them from the All list.
- On the right hand side of the line, click on the pencil symbol (when you hover on it, it says edit employee details).
- Edit your mobile phone number field as needed.
- Click Save.
Updating as a card holder in the web app:
- Log in to the web app from your browser (Chrome is recommended) at https://my.custodia.ai.
- From the top menu, click on your picture->My Profile.
- Edit your mobile phone number field as needed.
- Click Save.
Updating as a card holder in the mobile app:
- Log in to the mobile app on your iPhone or Android device.
- From the Settings screen, press on Profile.
- In the top right corner of the screen, press Edit.
- Make changes to your mobile in the form.
- Click Done.
