[Receipt Required]
This notification is letting you know that based on your organization's policy you are required to upload a receipt to Custodia for this transaction. Click here to find more about uploading receipts to Custodia.
[Pending Approval]
This notification lets you know that your activity request is currently pending approval. The request has been sent to the appropriate approver and you will receive an update once a decision has been made for your request.
[Approved]
This notification lets you know that your activity request has been approved. You can use your Custodia card for making the purchase related to your activity request.
[Rejected]
This notification lets you know that your activity request has been rejected. Please read the full message of the notification as it may contain details from the approver for the specific reason for the rejection.
[Change Request Approved]
This notification lets you know that a change request for your activity request has been approved. You can use your Custodia card for making the purchase related to your activity request.
Card Declined
This notification lets you know that your transaction has been declined. There a several reasons for a decline and they are explained in the full details of the notification. If you believe your card was declined incorrectly, please contact your account manager or Custodia support representative.
Card Charged
This notification lets you know that your card was charged. The full details of the notification will include the amount and merchant that your card was charged at. If you feel the charge happened in error please contact your account manager or Custodia support representative as soon as possible.
Refund Received
This notification lets you know that a transaction was refunded by the merchant.
Reversal Received
This notification lets you know that all or part of a transaction was returned by the merchant. You will typically receive reversals when a card is being verified by a merchant or when a hotel returns your deposit.
