Users with the Team Manager role who also have the Budget Owner role, can set notifications regarding their team members. That way, the team leader will receive notifications alongside the relevant user.
Setting Notifications
- Log in to the web app from your browser (Chrome is recommended) at https://my.custodia.ai.
- On the top menu select My Team -> Notifications Setup.
- Click on the Orange + button on the bottom right.
- If you chose your team name, you can set Transactions on or off, and mark the Activities' Auto-Approvals, to receive notifications for those events.
- If you choose Individual Subscriptions, click on the orange + on your right hand side of the screen to add an entry. In the employee search bar, choose the employee you’d like to receive the notifications for. Then choose the scenario you’d like to be notified of (for all transactions, just declines or turn it off). Mark Activities if you’d like to receive notifications for activities the been sent for approval and auto approved activities. You can set notifications for as many team members as you like.
- When you are done setting the notifications as you like, click on the green V sign on the right hand side of the line to save it.
- Repeat steps 3-6 to set additional sets of notifications.
