Overview

When making online purchases, merchants may ask you to enter a billing address associated with your card. You can review the valid addresses associated with your account directly in the Custodia mobile application.

Both your Home Address and Office Address may be used for Address Verification System (AVS) checks during online purchases. However, the Home Address is editable by the user and will take priority during verification.

How to View Your Billing Address

1. Log in to the Custodia mobile application.
2. Navigate to the Settings tab.
3. Select Profile.
4. Review the addresses listed under:
   • Home Address
   • Office Address

Either address may be used as your billing address when completing online purchases.

How to Edit Your Home Address

1. Select Profile.
2. Press Edit in the top-right corner.
3. Select the address you would like to update:
   • Home Address
4. Update the address details as needed.
5. Press Save to apply the changes.
