Overview
Custodia offers a way to view and manage your activities and related expenses with the introduction a Spend/Benefit Activity Filter. This feature is currently only available in our Web platform and will need to be enabled by a Custodia representative.
What Are Spend vs. Benefit Activities?
In Custodia, Activities can be categorized as one of the following:
-
Spend Activities
- These are allocations where company funds will be used — for example, client meals, travel, or marketing expenses.
-
Benefit Activities
- These refer to company-covered perks or allowances provided to employees — for example, wellness stipends, learning budgets, or employee benefit programs.
