There are times when the balance displayed on an activity is incorrect due to asynchronous updates to a charge such as currency exchange changes, activity amount sharing etc. In these cases you can recalculate a balance by doing the following:
- Login as an admin (tenant, business partner or support)
- Go to Activity->Activities and search for the activity
- Click on the line item of the activity
- Click on the three dots on the upper right side of the activity
- Click on "Recalculate"
- Refresh the page
- You should see the balance updated on the activity
