Overview
As tenant admin, you can quickly access, edit, and/or remove all activities that are bound to an employee's card. This can be done via the Employee Helpdesk by following along with the steps below.
1. Log into the Custodia Platform
- Ensure you have administrative access
- Navigate to My Organization > Employee Helpdesk
2. Locate the Employee's Profile
- Search for the employee either via name or email
- Once found, click on the icon to access the User Dashboard
3. Locate the Bound Activities
- In the User Dashboard, look for the "Cards" box
- Hover over the link labeled "Bound Activities" to see the amount of activities that are bound to the card shown in the box
- Click this link to review each activity that is bound to this specific card
4. To Remove Card Bindings
- In the Employee HelpDesk screen, use the drop down menu found in the "Cards" box
- Select Unbind Activities
- Confirm the removal when prompted
5. Verify the Unbinding Process
- Refresh the page to ensure that the Bound Activities link has been removed
- Ensure the card icon no longer appears next to the activity label
