Overview
Authenticated Receipt links are are secure, unique URLs provided in your expense report that allow you to access, review, and manage your transaction receipts online. They enhance convenience while ensuring data privacy and security. This guide explains how to effectively use authenticated receipt links.
Step 1: Add the Authenticated Receipt Links to your Export Template
In your Expense export template page, search for “authenticatedReceiptLink” in the Available Fields section
2. Move this field over to the Selected section
3. Create a unique report name for your template and select "Save". Then select "Export" to produce your report.
Step 2: Open the Link Safely from your exported report
Open your exported report and note the column for “authenticatedReceiptLink”. You can now use the links in this column to view the attached receipt for the correlated expense in the Custodia web dashboard.
Step 3: Access and Review the Receipt
- Authenticate
- You will be required to log in or provide additional credentials to verify your identity
- Enter the required information to access the Custodia platform
- Verify Receipt Details:
- Once logged in, you may be required to select the link again to bring you directly to the receipt file
Step 4: Save or Download the Receipt
- Save a Copy:
- Use the download or save option provided in the Custodia web platform page to store a local copy if necessary
