Overview
If you use your Custodia card to make a personal purchase, you can mark the expense as Personal from the web dashboard.
Marking an expense as Personal notifies your company's expense reviewer that the transaction was not business-related. Your company can then follow its standard process for recovering the funds, such as payroll reimbursement.
Who this is for
This feature is intended for:
- Employees who accidentally use their Custodia card for a personal purchase and need to identify the transaction for review.
- Employees who want to split a purchase between personal and business expenses. For example, if part of a transaction should be paid out of pocket and the remaining amount should be covered by the company, the expense can be marked as Personal and reviewed according to your company's reimbursement process.
