Overview
The Custodia platform allows users to archive activities for better visibility and organization. Archiving removes the activity from your active view but does not delete it. You can always unarchive an activity if needed.
Use this feature to clean up your view by hiding completed or unused activities. This guide walks you through how to archive and unarchive activities on both mobile and desktop.
📱 Archiving an Activity on Mobile
Log into the Custodia mobile app.
Navigate to the Plan screen.
Locate the activity you want to archive.
Swipe left on the top banner of the activity.
Tap Archive.
📱 Unarchiving an Activity on Mobile
Open the Custodia mobile app.
Navigate to Reports > History.
Locate the activity you want to unarchive.
Swipe left on the top banner of the activity.
Tap Unarchive.


The activity will reappear in the Activity section of the app.
💻 Archiving an Activity on Desktop
Log into the Custodia web platform.
Your home page will show your Dashboard.
If you are not on your dashboard - select the option in the top-right corner
In the top-right filter, choose the Active view under Spend Permissions.
Find the activity you want to archive.
Click the icon on the left side of the activity panel.
Click the three dots menu in the top-right corner of the activity.
Select Archive.
💻 Unarchiving an Activity on Desktop
Switch the filter view to Archived.
Locate the activity you want to unarchive.
Click the icon on the left of the activity panel.
Open the three dots menu on the right side.
Click Unarchive.
