Overview

Custodia allows you to associate certain business data elements to activities and expenses. Business Data is exposed by navigating to My Organization-> Business Data. 

There are three elements that are exposed:

• Projects
• Products
• Customers

Projects

Projects are associated with the following attributes that can be utilized at export time to your accounting system:

• Name: the name of the project
• Code: the display code of the project
• Customer: the name of the customer, if necessary
• Active: whether or not the project is active
• Billable: whether or not the project is billable
• Cost Center: whether or not there should be a cost center associated with the project
• Owner: the owner of the project, if necessary

Products

Products are associated with the following attributes that can be utilized at export time to your accounting system:

• Name: the name of the product
• Code: the display code of the product

Customers

Customers are associated with the following attributes that can be utilized at export time to your accounting system:

Code: the display code of the customer

Name: the full name of the customer

External ID: an external ID associated with the customer

Address: the full address of the customer

Active: whether or not the customer is active
