The merge feature of Custodia allows you to merge similar activities together to get higher spending power. Depending on the policy of your company the merge feature may or may not be enabled on specific types of activities.
We allow you to easily merge activities from both our mobile and desktop environments.
*Please note that the merging is only available to activities of the same category type and from the same budget of origin*
Mobile App
- Log in to the mobile app on your iPhone or Android device.
- From the Activity screen, press on the Plan tab and right swipe on the activity you want to merge.
- Press on the Merge button.
- Press the Activity that you would like to Merge into and then press Submit.
- Press Continue to complete the process.
- You should see that all remaining budget from the first activity has been merged to the second activity
Desktop
- Log in to my.custodia.ai.
- From the Activity screen, press on activity that you would like to merge and then select the -3- dot drop down menu.
- Press on the Merge Activity Budget button.
- Select the activity that you would like to merge from the list available
- Press Merge to complete the process.
- You should see that all remaining budget from the first activity has been merged to the second activity
