Overview
Locking an activity will prevent any transactions from being associated with it. This feature can be helpful if you have a few activities that match the same type of spending over the same time period and want to avoid transactions getting misclassified. We provide the ability to lock activities from both the mobile and web app environments.
Mobile App:
Locking an Activity
- Log in to the mobile app on your iPhone or Android device.
- From the Activity screen left swipe on the banner of the activity you want to lock.
- Press the Lock button.
- You will see a lock icon appear on the left of the activity banner.
Unlocking an Activity
- Log into the mobile app on your iPhone or Android device.
- From the Activity screen left swipe on the banner of the activity you want to unlock.
- Press the Unlock button.
- You will see that the lock icon has been removed from the activity banner.
Web App
Locking an Activity
- From the top menu select My Organization->Spend & Activities->Activities.
- Click on the activity you wish to lock.
- On the detailed view of the activity click on the 3 dots that appear in the upper right of the activity card.
- Click on Lock Activity.
- Your activity is now locked.
Unlocking an Activity
- Log in to the web app from your browser (Chrome is recommended) at https://my.custodia.ai.
- From the top menu select My Organization->Spend & Activities->Activities.
- Click on the activity you wish to unlock.
- On the detailed view of the activity click on the 3 dots that appear in the upper right of the activity card.
- Click on Unlock Activity.
- Your activity is now unlocked.
