Overview
Each user in the system must be assigned to a team.
The platform can operate with a single default team or multiple teams, depending on your organization’s structure.
A default team is usually created before you access the system. If you need to add more teams, download and complete the Org Teams import template provided in this article.
Template Fields
name – Enter the name you want to assign to each team.
active – Enter TRUE for active teams.
Note: You’ll assign a Team Manager later in the setup process.
Uploading the File
Go to My Organization > Org Structure > Org Teams.
Click the three dots icon in the top right corner.
Select Import.
Choose your completed .CSV file.
Click Upload.
A notification will appear at the bottom of your screen once the upload is complete.
If the Upload Fails
If you receive an error message, check the following:
The column headers in your file match those in the template exactly.
The active column only contains TRUE or FALSE values.
All team names are unique
The document is in .CSV format
