Overview
Company Billing Statements provide a consolidated view of your organization’s card activity for a selected billing period. From this screen, you can review total spend, credits, statement balances, outstanding balances, payments, and download official statement documents for reconciliation or accounting purposes.
This article walks you through how to access and download your Company Statements.
Accessing Company Billing Statements
From the top navigation menu, click: Activity → Statements → Company Statements
You will be directed to the Card Statements screen under the Company Statements section.
Understanding the Company Statements Screen
If you are reconciling company-wide totals, use Company Statements.
If you are reviewing spend per employee, use Employees Statements.
At the top of each widgets, you can:
- Select the billing period using the date dropdown
- Filter between All or Active statements
- Refresh the data if needed
Each statement row includes the following columns:
- Period – The billing cycle month
- Charges – Total new charges during the period
- Credit – Any credits applied
- Total Spend – Total spending activity
- Statement Balance – The total balance due for that period
- Outstanding Balance – Remaining unpaid balance
- Payments – Payments applied to the statement
- Document – Download or view the official statement file
Downloading the Statement
To download the official billing document:
Locate the relevant billing period.
Navigate to the Document column.
Click the download icon to retrieve the statement file.
