The user must own a team in Custodia

- Confirm that the user has a team that they own

End Users must have this team assigned to them

In order for the Team Manager to have access, any employees they are overseeing must be assigned to this team
- The team can be added in the user's details (My Organization > Org Structure > Employees > Edit Employee Details
