The BILLING REPORT DL role is used for Cal based customers and employees that have this role will receive an email with all transactions from the billing period three days after the billing period ends. In order to get access to this role a support user must complete the following actions:
- Log into the system as a support user (Custodia Support or Issuer Admin)
- Navigate to the company helpdesk screen for the company that should have access to the role
- Click on "Edit company details"
- Click on the Configuration tab
- In the scopes section add the scope 'billing'
Once the scope has been granted the role can be added to employees within the organization.
