There are several modules that appear when you login as an admin for an organization
- Users
- Cards
- Transactions
- Company Balance
Users
- All: The number of all users that are not terminated
- Active: The number of active users
- New: The number of users that are 'new' (not yet activated)
- Blocked: The number of users that are blocked (suspended)
Cards
- All: The number of cards setup in your account
- Unactivated: The number of unactivated cards in your account
- Activated: The number of activated cards in your account
- Blocked: The number of blocked (suspended/locked) cards in your account
Transactions
- All: All transactions for the current month
- Failed: All failed transactions for the current month - failed transactions are transactions that were not properly processed by a credit card processing partner and should be investigated immediately
- Declined: All declined transactions for the current month
- Successful: All successful transactions for the current month
Company Balance
- Monthly Spend: the amount spent in the current month
- Outstanding: the current amount outstanding to be paid (a combination of the last months spend plus the current month)
- Last Payments: the last payment that was received
