In this article, we will review the different types of user dashboards available in the platform. Each user sees a customized interface based on their role and permissions within the organization.
For example, a Team Manager has access to two separate dashboards:
a personal dashboard, which displays their own cards, activities, and transactions
a team dashboard, which provides an overview of their team members’ activity and spending
The platform currently includes the following dashboard types:

End User Dashboard Overview
The End User Dashboard allows users to view and manage their Custodia cards, Spend Permissions, and recent transactions. Each component of the dashboard provides quick access to key financial information and actions.
1. My Cards
This section displays all cards assigned to the user, both active and expired (accessible via the Active / Expired tabs).
Each card includes:
Card type (e.g., Virtual Card [VISA])
Last four digits
Expiration date
Cardholder name
Card status
Issue and update timestamps
A direct link to view Bound Activities
Option to add a nickname to the card
Users can navigate between multiple cards if more than one is issued.
2. Spend Permissions (Activities)
Spend Permissions define what the user is allowed to spend on, including budgets such as Meals, Travel, Team Building, or custom allowances.
This section is organized into the following tabs:
Pending
Recent
Available
Active
Expired
Archived
Each Spend Permission displays:
Activity name (e.g., $100 for Meals, Food Spend, Team Building Spend)
Allowed category (e.g., Food, Any Activity)
Validity period
A usage progress bar
Total allocated amount and remaining balance
A search bar is available to quickly locate specific Spend Permissions.
Users may also expand this list to view historic or upcoming permissions depending on their configuration.
3. Recent Transactions
The bottom section of the dashboard displays the user's transactional activity.
Features include:
Month selector to view transactions from different billing periods
Search bar to filter transactions
Tabs for:
Successful
Declined
All
List view and card view options
Refresh button
Additional actions menu
Each transaction contains the following details:
Date
Amount
Amount in original currency
Merchant Category Code (MCC)
Merchant name
Category
Transaction status
Approval code
Organization Manager Dashboard
The Organization Manager Dashboard provides managers with a comprehensive overview of their company’s Custodia activity, including users, cards, spending trends, and recent transactions. This dashboard is designed to give managers clear, real-time visibility into team and company-wide financial behavior.
1. Summary Cards (Top Row)
At the top of the dashboard, managers can quickly review key company metrics:
Users: total, active, new, and blocked
Cards: total issued, unactivated, active, and blocked
Transactions: total, failed, declined, and successful
Company Balance: current monthly spend, outstanding balance (including pending amounts), and last payment information
These summary cards allow managers to track organizational health at a glance.
2. Last 90 Days Spend
Directly below the summary row, the dashboard displays a Last 90 Days Spend visualization.
This chart provides a high-level breakdown of total spending across major categories such as:
IT/Services
IT/Software
Retail
Meals
Other
Each category is accompanied by the exact spend amount and percentage.
3. Monthly and Daily Spend Graphs
Further down the dashboard, managers can view additional spending trends:
Monthly Spend – Last 6 Months
A bar chart showing company-wide spending over the past six months, allowing quick identification of growth, dips, or seasonal patterns.
Daily Spend – Last 30 Days
A daily breakdown of spend for the most recent month, giving managers visibility into fluctuations and unusual activity.
4. Recent Transactions
At the bottom of the dashboard, managers can review recent company transactions.
This section includes:

Requested Amount
Final Amount
MCC
Merchant

This table allows managers to quickly monitor activity, detect anomalies, and identify any transactions requiring attention.
