Overview
The benefits transactions screen shows all of the transactions associated with a benefit over a given period. To view benefits transactions navigate to Finance & Accounting->Employee Benefits->Benefits Transactions.
There are several filters at the top of the transaction search including month, search box, and then tabs for:
- Original Currency: show the transactions in the original currency for the given period
- All: show all transactions for the given period
- Ready for Review: show all transactions that are ready for review for the given period
- Declined: show all declined transactions for the given period associated with the benefit
- Issues: show all transactions with issues for the given period (issues include missing receipts)
- Reviewed: show all transactions that have already been reviewed for the given period
- Exported: show all transactions that were previously exported to an accounting system for the given period
Each transaction has several attributes including the:
- Date: the date of the transaction
- Amount: the amount of the transaction
- Employee: the employee who made the transaction
- Merchant: the merchant associated with the transaction
- Category: the category associated with the transaction
- Status: the status of the transaction
- Cost Center: the cost center associated with the transaction
- GL Code: the GL code (from the chart of accounts) associated with the transaction
- Budget: the budget associated with the transaction
- Details: any specific information added to the transaction by the user
Available Transaction Options
- Green Pencil- allows you to edit the transaction
- Circle with Slash- allows you to block the merchant associated with this transaction going forward
- Text Box- view the details of why this transaction was allowed to proceed
- Check Mark- mark this transaction for approval
