Overview
Expenses are stored in the platform indefinitely, so you can confidently access historical records at any time, whether you need to review a recent charge or analyze transactions from prior months or years.
You can view and analyze expenses from both the mobile app and the web application.
How Do Transactions and Expenses Differ?
Mobile App:
In the mobile app, you will find these records under the Transactions section, where you can review charges as they happen.
- Log in to the mobile app on your iPhone or Android device.
- Press on the Reports tab.
- Press on the Transactions tab at the top left of the screen.
- From this screen, you can click on any of the transactions to see the full details of the transaction.
Web App:
In the web application, you can view and manage them by navigating to Activity > Expenses, where transactions are displayed in their expense context, including categorization, policy alignment, and workflow status.
- Log in to the web app from your browser (Chrome is recommended) at https://my.custodia.ai.
- From the top menu select Activity -> Expenses.
- From this screen, you can review all of your transactions. Please note that you have the following filters:
- Monthly range dropdown allows you to select the month you would like to see transactions from.
- Search text box to search across any of the columns.
- Success/Declined/All selector to view only relevant transactions.
