Overview
When a user attempts to sign in to Custodia using Microsoft Single Sign-On (SSO) for the first time, Microsoft may require administrative approval before access can be granted.
This is expected behavior in organizations where users are not permitted to approve new enterprise applications on their own.
If approval is required, the user will see a message indicating that administrator approval is needed before they can continue signing in to Custodia.
Why Am I Seeing This Message?
Your organization controls which third-party applications can access company identities and data.
During the initial SSO connection, Microsoft Entra ID may require an administrator to review and approve the Custodia application before users can access it.
What Should I Do?
You may reach out to your organization's Microsoft Azure/Entra ID admin and have them follow the steps outlined below.
