Custodia allows you to upload custom images for your company Templates so that your activity types are visually distinct and aligned with your company branding. To ensure images display correctly across both web and mobile experiences, all uploaded assets must follow the specifications outlined below.

Image File Requirements
All custom activity template images must meet the following requirements:
- File type: PNG (.png)
- Color profile: RGB Background: Transparent or solid background supported
- Orientation: Must match the required dimensions
- Important visuals should remain centered to avoid cropping
Required Asset Types and Dimensions
Each Activity Template requires three separate image assets. All three are required for proper display across the platform.
Header Image
Purpose
Displayed at the top of the activity template in the web application.
Specifications
- Dimensions: 1065 px × 237 px
- File type: PNG
Design Notes
- Use wide, horizontal imagery
- Avoid placing text or key visuals near the edges
- Keep the primary visual centered

Best Practices
- Export images at the exact required dimensions
- Using the correct image sizes ensures assets display clearly without stretching or cropping.
- Do not rely on automatic resizing
- Preview assets on both web and mobile after upload
- Use consistent branding across all three image types
- Avoid embedding important information as text within images
