Currently, the integration with Custodia only supports exporting expenses to Priority. Supporting PO imports would require new development.
To integrate Custodia with Priority based on expense export, please coordinate with your Priority account manager or the system integrator who assisted with your Priority setup. Let them know that you'd like to export expenses from Custodia to Priority, and ask them to facilitate an introduction to your Custodia support contact.
Setup & Requirements
Your Priority account manager or integrator will handle most of the configuration and access setup.
On the Custodia side, expenses are exported to the Expense Invoice Working Area in Priority. Once exported, the AP/Finance team is responsible for validating and processing the records within Priority.
We require the following information to proceed:
1. Access Credentials
Credentials to your Priority UI and access to a demo company.
Demo company ID
Please copy data from your production environment to the demo company, including:
Chart of accounts
Vendors
Cost centers
Any additional data you would like to import into Custodia.

Integration Process
Once we have access to your Priority account, we follow these steps to complete the integration:
Import Data to Custodia Sandbox
We import all relevant data from Priority into a Custodia sandbox environment.
This allows you to test the integration without affecting production data.
Testing & Configuration
In the sandbox, you can create test transactions and update them with the attributes you want to export to Priority, such as:
GL Accounts
Cost Centers
Vendor
Receipt
This step ensures that all required data is mapped correctly before exporting to Priority.
Exporting Data to Priority
Once the configurations are finalized, you can export data to Priority with a single click.
Data should appear in Priority within a few minutes after export.
Viewing Exported Expenses in Priority
To review the exported expenses, navigate to the Expense Invoice Working Area in Priority.
Once the expenses are in Priority, you need to review and validate them.Once the expenses are reviewed and confirmed, activate the “Open Expenses Invoices” procedure in Priority.
This will load the records into Multi-GRV Invoices in Draft mode.
The Finance/AP team should then activate the “Finalize Invoices” procedure.
This will save and close the invoices, completing the process.
